OFFICE HOURS
Our clinical staff sees patients on Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am until 5:00 pm. Our lunch hour is from 1-2 pm. The business office is usually open on Friday from 8-12.

We see patients by appointment only.

Prior to finalizing your appointment, our staff will obtain information which will help us provide you with an appointment of the proper type and length.
PAYMENT AND INSURANCE
Payment is expected at the time of service. Before your first appointment, our staff will obtain information regarding your dental insurance and will try to address any questions you may have concerning coverage or payment responsibilities. We are happy to file your insurance claims. When we can determine the amount your insurance company will pay for a service, payment of your co-pay and/or deductible is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. CareCredit offers monthly payment plans. We do not accept Medicaid. We gladly see patients who are members of insurance plans that provide members freedom of choice in selecting their health care providers. We do not participate with Dental Health Maintenance Organizations.
