Professional:
Dr. Lingle obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill. After graduation, he established his practice in Fayetteville in 1980. Dr. Lingle has taken pride in keeping his education and practice current. In addition to attending continuing education offered by his alma mater, notable courses include sessions at the LD Pankey Institute and the Dawson Seminars. Dr. Lingle has completed the Continuum of the Triangle Dental Implant Institute and has been designated a Fellow in the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). Dr. Lingle is certified by the NC State Board of Dental Examiners to administer Oral Sedation. He maintains membership in the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, Greater Fayetteville Area Dental Society (past president), and International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Personal:
Dr. Lingle is a native of Salisbury, NC. He is married to Dena Squires, a Fayetteville native. Together since 1979 they reside in Fayetteville and have two grown children. They have enjoyed their participation at Haymount United Methodist Church, where Dr. Lingle especially enjoys his membership in the chancel choir.
The Lingles are Tarheels and enjoy following Carolina Football and Basketball. In recent years they have traded their snow and water skis for hiking boots and treasure their time hiking in our state and national parks. Dr. Lingle restores and drives British sports cars (Austin-Healeys) and is a thirty year member of the Austin Healey Club of America.
